Fourth official couldn’t work the board and prevented Liverpool making their subs TWICE prior to this happening.

The most blatant foul throw you’ll ever see from Liam Delap, odd he is incapable of doing one when that’s all his father was known for.

Then Alisson penalised for attempting to save the ball, making contact after the ball was played. Never in a million years.
