Interesting to consider whether OpenAI might replicate Amazon’s controversial strategy: identifying successful use cases through wrapper analytics, then launching first-party alternatives that effectively compete with their own ecosystem.

A challenge I always run into is keeping myself from getting paralyzed by information. I find myself setting goals then going down rabbit holes as I try to learn what I need to help achieve that goal. Too often it just delays starting.
@ashanviii With the way this year has been I imagine more and more people are holding off judgement and understand whats going on. Still I understand why someone would feel that way.

@MacroEdgeRes Until they quadruple the price of a vehicle because a 15 year loan now would carry a low monthly payment. It’s a bad idea. We should be trying to teach the next generation how to build generational wealth not creating generational debt.
The first app I built I used Laravel and Flutter with RevenueCat for payments. After I finish https://t.co/dYbUfKA2BI, while working on marketing this next phase, I want to build another app. What stacks are you all using now?
@unusual_whales If 50 year mortgages become a thing, I hope they also protect people.
Some thoughts: no neg-am loans, no penalty traps, transparent total cost, real equity paydown, and strict limits on rate/fee games.
Without that, this could get predatory fast.
I don't think the answer to housing affordability is a 50 year mortgage. Thats kind of insane. If the average person, as of now, gets into a mortgage in their late 20s, and thats a stretch right now, they are looking at ~80 before they own it IF they don't refinance. People should be able to have a chance to own their house before they die. This isn't the answer, something is broken.
Spent the last couple weeks getting feedback. I had built my mvp but realize i need to finish up the jobseeker workflow, its going to be a long week but i'm determined to build out the rest of my vision this week. Whats everyone working on today?
This week is less about building and more about marketing. Now that I have the MVP fully working I need to get this out there more and not fall into the dreaded just one more feature routine.
