@AmericanAir's deplorable behavior for airfare refund is inexcusable. Denying a refund to one who can't travel due to a viral/bacterial/contagious infection but proper docs + Dr's note provided shows AA continues to sink to low levels. But you refund the seat. Make it make sense!

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir will continue to make excuses for their deplorable actions. Going into DMs does not excuse you for your behavior. AA continues to not care about their travelers or safe travel for that matter! #smarttravel
