I am glad I don't work for an employer who requires space on my social media platforms. Employers will have you tweeting office related stuff, interacting with their content etc while paying you peanuts, creating a hostile work space and taking over your social media!

Anyone who has read the March 2022 EU funded report on mining and illicit trading of Coltan in the DRC and has followed the trends of Rwanda and DRC's export of coltan/tantalum knows why Rwanda is backing M23 rebels and their seizure of Rubaya. Just thieves doing usual thieving.

@Makerere If that university is serious, it will consider this. You don't even have to reach out to me alone. Find a trainer with the same skill set to build your capacity. You owe it to your students not to send them into the world with zero employment skills.

I have reviewed over 5,000 CVs from all over the world in the last 7+ years and I am once again begging @Makerere to set up a Careers Center. Such centers prepare students for the workplace by providing resume, cover letter etc review services and job search tips.

My offer to help the university equip and train the next career consultants is still open! We have to do better for that black child coming out of @Makerere and it starts with these basic services that a top university MUST offer!

I want to applaud @KenyaAirways for beinh consistent. In 2015, they lost my luggage and I swore never to board their flights again. In 2025, I broke my oath and boarded KQ again and voila, I have arrived with no luggage again. Consistency in bad service delivery is remarkable

The thought that a ULS President takes a personal decision against a judge and then threatens the whole society to comply with his personal decision or else face disciplinary action is exactly the type of dictatorship we are fighting in Uganda. That dude is overrated btw.

@elauemm @ug_lawsociety I am not sure where you got that conclusion from! For avoidance of any doubt, this has been a long standing issue at ULS long before the previous administration (who I immensely respect). Mine is a call for ULS to finally address this after so many years.
