Be aware renting vehicles from @Hertz. They provide incorrect information on how and when to pay for tolls in order to add surcharges that is auto deducted from your account
@Hertz Understand that if I am overcharged for tolls that I will dispute because I have been on the phone the past 2 days, 45 mins today, trying to get help to pay the way I was instructed to do so. But your customer service system and support is incredibly poor
@AirbnbHelp I don’t think it matters at this point. You all have already sided with the host. If you aren’t going to provide me with a full refund instead of the partial one that you offered so I can find some place else to stay, then I don’t need to talk to anyone else
It’s a shame, I expressed a safety concern and a falsely advertised listing and @Airbnb@AirbnbHelp won’t even back me up. They don’t have to ever worry about my support of their platform ever again
@FashionNovaHelp I was sent items with stains on them and one of the items is marked as final sale. I’ma need my $ back. After I submitted a return for the other stained items, now your system conveniently doesn’t recognize my order number to provide proof.
