I've digested last night's loss but I haven't accepted it. You all know my stance on Ange already, but last night reaffirmed this is something which isn't going to work

There are so many things which have happened under Ange which so many fans have just accepted as though it's completely normal and okay. Here are some facts to process

- 3 NLD lost in a row for the first time since 1989. Guys, come on, 36 years! This has not happened in 36 years! But it's happened under Ange and it's been accepted by so many of you

- Our worst points tally at this stage of the season since 2009. 16 years! Think about the squads we've had over that time compared to now. We've had far worse teams than the current

- The first team since the Premier League was made in 1992 to concede first in 15 home games in a single calendar year. That's 33 years!

- 0-0 with a side 96 places below us in 90 minutes. A club who literally have part time footballers. Yes we progressed after ET, but if FA Cup replays existed, that game was going back to N17 and that was the club's first ever 0-0 under Ange

- We've lost 5 games pre International break periods. Wolves, Fulham, Newcastle, Brighton, Ipswich

- The first club in Premier League history to lose 5 consecutive games despite going 1-0 up and also the first club ever to lose 3 consecutive home games despite going 1-0 up

All of this has happened under Ange and I haven't even delved into the level of career shortening hamstring injuries we've suffered because of Anges demands. When some of you say about how it's just "unfortunate" with the injuries, it's really not. This is a manifestation of Anges doing. The injuries like Vic's are the ones you call unfortunate. Not the persistent hamstring and muscle injuries that we have suffered across the entire squad which are the exact same issues Ange had at Celtic because of his demands tactically. It's like punching a pane of glass, cutting your hand, and saying it's "unfortunate" you're bleeding

There are massive issues with the board, and I'm firmly in the belief that they absolutely must go. However, that does not mean that because of that, we ignore everything which is happening in our domestic form in the Premier League and on the green grass of the football pitch and within the multi million pound training grouns.

We are closer to the relegation places than we are Europe and it's mid January. We are 10pts off of Bournemouth and 14pts off of the Champions League places. It absolutely cannot be ignored any more

We hired Ange for progression, think about that for a second,
P R O G R E S S I O N....to see the squad develop but the literal facts are we are regressing under Ange, and why, because so many fans accept it just because he seems like a "nice geezer" you'd love to have a pint of beer with or because he says "mate" and you can relate to him?

This is Tottenham Hotspur football club. So many of you have forgot what we are all about You do no good to the club if you sit there as a fan and accept that 13th place, likely soon to be 14th place is acceptable at this stage of the season just "because it's Ange".

You'd never ever have accepted this if this was where you'd be told we would be by hiring Ange, so why accept it when this is happening? You wouldn't have accepted this under Mourinho, or Conte, or Nuno, or Poch, or Sherwood, or AVB, but the reality, the blatant facts are we are where we are because of Anges leadership of this football club on the footballing pitch, the green grass we play football on has not been good enough

This is not the Tottenham any of us envisioned. It's the wrong appointment and a change must be made if we are to save this football club because things are not going to improve
