I have lost trust in our system now. At the most, maybe after 2 more months, my complaint will just be closed.
@DoT_India You must see how they closed my PG Portal complaint and appeal (grievance DOTEL/E/2026/0000454 + appeal DOTEL/E/A/26/0000425). @reliancejio has ZERO respect for your authority because they think (& probably know!) they can get away with apathy & harassment!
Best part: a call center agent asked during a recovery call “Do you have a confirmation email?” even after they collected the device. So can they bill you forever just by not completing cancellation? Stop the calls, close the account, respond in writing. @DoT_India@nch1915
The only way to reach @CRED_club for support seems to be to make a post on X! So disappointing and counterintuitive. Their app support is dismal, you can only raise concerns on a limited set of items (canned). There is no email ID. Can't even DM here unless they send a link.

@XpressBees_IN I was getting continuous calls from a number. Was ending the call as I was driving to the hospital. But the caller was relentless. I picked & asked why he was doing so. Response was, “I’m from xpressbees courier. Should I wait for 1-1.5 hrs for you to respond?”
I understand he has a job to do and he could be in a hurry. But is that the way to talk to the customer? He could’ve simply returned the package stating customer wasn’t responding.
