@IamLisaBent @RichieBrave @messagesfrommaz If you enjoy reading. Read the body keeps score. I’ve been the same since my dad passed, other stuff has been the catalysts but the trauma of death/grief can change your brain chemistry. You could be producing excess cortisol.
