@monomxchy IMO the most implausible part of UW was that Layton did not immediately look at the clock shop in the 'future' stretching up to the 'sky' and figure out what was up.

Back in the '90s, to be a 'gamer' was a different thing to what it means today, which is a market full of casuals/adults with little free time who expect to be spoonfed.
