FINAL UPDATE:

I have spoken with the lady. She is safe. Her mobile phone and international passport were held by Customs who were trying to clarify some issues. She was unable to reach anyone while the process was ongoing. However, she has been cleared and released, and has possession of her properties. She has contacted her family, too.

She assured me that she is safe, and she appreciates everyone who showed concern for her safety.

I would like to thank a dear Nigerian, @YusufAdesoga, who collaborated wot me and, at great inconvenience, visited all security agencies in Doha, and eventually tracked the lady to where she was found today.

Mr. Yusuf is exemplary, and I appreciate his effort.

I must also acknowledge the lady's brother, Jibo, for sounding the alarm bell when his sister went incommunicado. He refused to back down, and his effort got millions of Nigerians united in an effort to find his sister.

Thanks to everybody for the kind words of support and encouragement. Thanks for uniting in a moment such as this.

There's so much going on, and most of it are out of my own control so I decided to spend my day in the mosque.

I decided to stay back for the class on Ash-shaatibiyyah, even though it was in fulfuɗe. For the moment I was happy, and felt easy before I stepped out to my reality.

First Class or nothing. Became the Scholar of my Department in 300L and never let it go. Through sacrifices, prayers, and consistency, I kept my promise.

Unilorin law produced 4 first class students. I only have law school scholarship (500k) for one of them and that’s the Overall Best Graduating Student. But I still desire to support and celebrate the rest of them like I did for the set that also produced 4 first class 2years ago.

Fun fact: Whatever money you make dishonestly has been decreed but you may get punished for using a prohibited means because if you had used a lawful means, you would still have gotten the wealth as Allah has written the wealth for you.

Do you not see that some yahoo boys go fetish and are still not as financially stable as average 9-5 workers?

If you use unlawful means, however, the blessings of the wealth is removed and you would be in perpetual fear of poverty, no matter how wealthy you are because Allah will set your affairs in disarray.

Be moderate in seeking your provision.

A question Abu Nāsir was asked makes me realize that oppressive non-Muslim employers could be a commonplace in Lagos and beyond.

The truth remains that, if the kuffs gain a hand over you, they will oppress you and want you to become one like them.

A new job and he's prevented from praying at the prescribed time and now has missed 5 Jum'ah prayers.

Look at how much the job has taken from him within a month of employment. What will happen after a year? He would have stopped praying? It's better to leave the job at once.

Makes me remember a colleague who was working with a company. Only him and the guard were Muslims. He always prayed together with the guard but they were always complaining so he left the job.

Nigeria is dangerously not inclusive.

I know this doctor that stammers. When he goes for interview, he sees his colleague spend up to 30 mins, but his interviews doesn't go past 5 mins. He could tell they just want to dismiss him and move to the next person.

The doctor went for his PLAB exam in England. A day was set aside for doctors with speech difficulty. They were given extra time and asked if the time would be enough for them. He passed the PLAB. In Nigeria, when he takes exam, he has to finish within the alloted time given to people without difficulty.

How do we expect perfection from people who are already with personal difficulties? We need to imbibe grace as a people.

The government has no right to police how people dress but here you are championing for the hijab to be banned.
This selective feminism seems to work in just ome way, if a woman's choice aligns with your view, it is autonomy and freedom but if it doesn't make sense to you, then it's otherwise.
So what exactly is the liberation of freedom said to be offered in feminism when you've already decided which choices women are allowed to make.
You can't condemn forcing women to wear the hijab while also advocating forcing women to remove it.
You also don't need to support the "oppressed" Muslim women using the hijab, who are you to validate how we choose to exercise our autonomy? What you're proposing isn't feminism, it's pure Islamophobia.
It's all feminism until it's a Muslim woman expressing her religious rights.
