HR called a candidate to offer her a role, but she didn’t answer.
Tried again. No response.
Later, the candidate called back crying.
She told the HR, “I’m sorry, I was helping my mother at the hospital. Please tell me it’s not bad news.”
When the HR told her she got the job, she couldn’t speak for a few seconds.
Then HR heard her whisper to her mom, “Mummy, I got the job offer.”
Behind every job offer, there’s a story of patience, pain and prayer.
Let’s never forget the human side of hiring.
@coremissioner@eric_gugua He said to preserve the second amendment law, it is unfortunate that those lives were lost. He also said for the bid of freedom of speech and some fundamental human rights gun usage is necessary

Happy International HR Day🥹
Today, we rise, not just as professionals in Human Resources, but as custodians of people, protectors of dignity, and builders of workplaces where every voice matters.
On this World HR Day, I celebrate myself and every HR warrior out there, those who carry the weight of both empathy and strategy. We are the first to hear the cries no one else hears, and the last to sleep when others clock out. We are the unseen hands behind employee wellbeing, conflict resolution, growth, and structure.
Through the sleepless nights of policy writing, the tough calls in disciplinary rooms, the tears shed in private offices, and the silent wins that come from seeing people thrive, we keep moving. We keep building. We keep fighting for fairness, for balance, and for better.
To every HR professional still pushing through the chaos, still showing up with compassion, resilience, and strength, I see you. I salute you.
We are not just HRs. We are the human in Human Resources.
