I’m sorry to announce that The Simpson Report, the show I host on Friday evenings, has been cancelled indefinitely.

Over the past 19 episodes we’ve had the privilege of interviewing countless individuals from the world of politics and shining a light on many important topics.

When I launched The Simpson Report I had big ambitions for the show, but unfortunately it is no longer possible to continue hosting it.

You’ll still be seeing plenty from me on @GBPolitcs. We’re in the process of launching our TikTok page, and you can also keep an eye out for some important independent journalism projects from me in the near future…

Andrew has said in an interview with GB News today, regarding my exclusive, that he would likely lose his seat to Reform UK and that he wouldn’t mind working with Nigel Farage.

Andrew Rosindell was approached by Reform UK to defect—that's something I've had very much confirmed by party sources. I was told he was defecting tomorrow morning in a press conference with Farage. Sky News has now said that he won’t be defecting, so it looks like we will have to wait and see.

EXCLUSIVE: Andrew Rossindell has been invited to defect to Reform UK.

Reform UK has approached Andrew Rossindell, the Conservative MP for Romford, to switch to the party tomorrow. The long-time Conservative is now expected to announce his switch at a press conference tomorrow morning, with Reform UK leader Nigel Farage and policy lead Zia Yusuf. One source close to the talks told me: "Andrew believes the Conservative Party is dead-a sinking ship with no hope of recovery."

Yesterday, I conducted one of the most significant interviews of my journey as an independent journalist. I spoke with Tal Hartuv, an Israeli tour guide who endured a horrific ordeal as a hostage of terrorists and witnessed the tragic death of her friend. Tal Hartuv, survived a brutal machete attack by two Palestinian terrorists in December 2010 near Jerusalem. During the attack, her friend Kristine Luken was tragically murdered.

Hartuv sustained severe injuries, including 13 machete wounds, over 30 broken bones, a collapsed lung, a crushed sternum, a broken shoulder blade, bone splinters in her lungs and diaphragm, and a sliced diaphragm. She survived by playing dead until the attackers fled.

Since the campaign’s launch, the government has instructed schools not to endorse it and to actively discourage student participation.

EXCLUSIVE: Reform UK may lose its first council administration in Leicestershire.

Leicestershire County Council, currently controlled by Reform UK as a minority administration, is at risk of a leadership change. Both the Conservative and Liberal Democrat groups have issued an ultimatum to Reform UK, demanding the removal of Dan Harrison as council leader by the end of the year. Failure to comply will result in a coalition between the Conservative and Liberal Democrat groups, effectively ending Reform UK's control of the council.

Sources within the council reveal that the Conservative deputy leader is reluctant to proceed with the coalition but is willing to do so to remove Dan Harrison from leadership.

Since Reform UK gained control of the council, Dan Harrison's leadership has been marked by limited public engagement, with reports of behind-the-scenes maneuvering within the Reform group.

There are a growing number of Reform councillors who are now contemplating a vote of no confidence in Harrison to preserve the party's control of the council.
