I've applied for study visa in Canada on 18 November 2021. Due to a administrative error of biometrics by the embassy,my initial file got cancelled. My medical was updated on that file on 30th December 2021.

@CitImmCanada I've raised multiple webforms and called the concerned authorities multiple times over the last 60 days but not a single time I recieved a satisfactory response. Can you please let me know how to solve this problem ?

No Biometric Instruction letter was issued to me. I've been constantly raising web forms and calling the IRCC from past 60 days.But no satisfactory step is taken. My college Seneca is not offering deferment for either May or September. I'm forced to defer for January 2023.
