No Contribution in the Service of Dharma is Ever Small

A few days ago, someone remarked that the cases we pursue are insignificant and involve very small issues. Our response is that perhaps our efforts may appear small, but Sanatan Dharma itself is not small. Protecting and preserving it is our sacred duty.

In the eyes of some, this may not seem like a great or noteworthy task, and that is perfectly fine. Like a little squirrel in the Ramayana, we shall continue to make our humble contribution, however small it may be, in the service of Dharma.

Today, I am pleased to share that the drafting of an Application under Section 175(3) of the BNSS, seeking directions for the registration of an FIR against Mr. Mallikarjun Kharge (@kharge) for his alleged inflammatory, hate-filled, and violence-inciting speech delivered at Nilambazar, Assam, is presently underway.

We shall endeavour to file the application before the commencement of the summer vacation of the Court of the Ld. Magistrate on 13.06.2026.

This step is in continuation of my detailed representation submitted to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Cyber Cell, Saket, New Delhi, highlighting the complete inaction on my complaint.

The Rule of Law must be applied uniformly and without exception. Justice cannot be selective, nor can it be delayed indefinitely.

With the blessings of Bhagwan Shri Krishna, we remain committed to pursuing this matter through all lawful means and taking it to its logical conclusion.

🚩 Good News! Maharashtra Devasthan Inam Bill Suspended! 🚩

This is a significant victory for Hindu temples and devotees across Maharashtra. The sustained efforts and strong opposition led by Maharashtra Mandir Mahasangh have borne fruit, with Revenue Minister Shri Chandrashekhar Bawankule (@cbawankule) announcing the suspension of the proposed Devasthan Inam Nirmulan Draft Act, 2026.

Heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to Shri Sunil Ghanwat Ji (@SG_HJS) and the entire Maharashtra Mandir Mahasangh (@mandirmahasangh) team for their tireless efforts. Appreciation is also due to the Ashtavinayak Mandir Committee, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, temple trustees, and all those who united to safeguard the interests of Hindu temples.

While we welcome this decision, our efforts will continue until the following long-pending issues are addressed:

✅ Restoration of temple Inam lands
✅ Removal of illegal encroachments on temple properties
✅ Utilization of temple funds exclusively for Hindu Dharma and temple-related purposes
✅ Monthly honorarium and welfare measures for priests and sevadars

🚩 Trustees of Ashtavinayak temples, Vidarbha Devasthan Committee, major temple representatives and Maharashtra @mandirmahasangh strongly opposed the proposed Maharashtra Devasthan Inam Abolition Act draft during a crucial meeting held on 26 May 2026 with Revenue Minister @cbawankule at Mantralay.

Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule assured that the demands raised by temple trustees would be seriously considered. He also assured action against encroachments on temple lands and extension of the deadline till 30 June for submitting objections and suggestions regarding the proposed legislation.

Temple trustees highlighted encroachments on temple lands, difficulties faced by temple priests and trustees, and serious flaws in the proposed legislation. The Revenue Minister also stated that directions would be issued for accepting objections and suggestions regarding the Act at offices of Divisional Commissioners, Tehsildars and District Collectors.

Maharashtra Mandir Mahasangh stated that opposition to the proposed law will continue until the draft enabling sale of temple inam lands is withdrawn. Shri @SG_HJS appealed to temple trustees, priests, devotees and citizens across Maharashtra to submit objections and suggestions against the proposed Act at the earliest.

This outcome of the court proceedings and the historic judgment delivered by the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court would remain incomplete if we do not acknowledge the immense groundwork, dedication, and tireless efforts put in by several individuals even before the commencement of the legal proceedings.

Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar Ji (@ssvirendra) from Hindu Vidhigya Parishad, along with Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (@HinduJagrutiOrg), worked tirelessly with Shri Naval Kishore Ji, former Sangh Pracharak and a leading force behind the Bhojshala Mukti Andolan. Their collective efforts played a crucial role in keeping this issue alive at the national level and in building the foundation for the legal battle.

Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar Ji made extraordinary efforts by continuously sitting for eight days in the ASI Office at Bhopal and gathering all the relevant documents through RTI applications and detailed research. Those documents played a very significant role in bringing the true facts before the Court.

The efforts of @SudarshanNewsTV and Shri Suresh Chavhanke Ji (@SureshChavhanke) are also highly commendable. They had been consistently raising their voice on the Bhojshala issue long before it became a mainstream subject of discussion. Their persistent efforts helped in creating nationwide awareness regarding the issue.

The legal proceedings were then taken to their logical conclusion by Adv. Vishnu Shankar Jain Ji (@Vishnu_Jain1) and Shri Hari Shankar Jain Ji (@adv_hsjain), whose relentless legal efforts and effective representation played a vital role in securing this historic result before the Hon’ble Court.

This result is truly the outcome of collective efforts, unwavering dedication, and years of continuous struggle by numerous individuals and organizations.

Above all, it is only with the divine grace and blessings of Shri Vag Mata Ji that such a historic result could finally be achieved.

माननीय उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा भोजशाला अर्थात् श्री वाग्देवी मंदिर के संबंध में दिया गया यह ऐतिहासिक निर्णय हिन्दू समाज के लिए अत्यंत उत्साह और गर्व का विषय है। इस निर्णय ने पुनः यह सिद्ध कर दिया है कि इस्लामी आक्रांताओं ने किस प्रकार हिन्दू मंदिरों पर कब्जा कर उनके ऊपर मस्जिदें निर्मित कीं और हमारी प्राचीन धार्मिक एवं सांस्कृतिक धरोहरों को नष्ट करने का प्रयास किया।
