Waited 3 days with no internet, expecting an engineer from JioFiber, only to get a sudden message saying:
'We’ve resolved the issue remotely. No visit needed. Restart your router.'
No updates, no communication and the problem STILL isn’t fixed. Days wasted.
@JioCare Because I don't want to do all the processes call Customer Care and then explain everything and wait for them to send someone or just receive another message.

@RBLBankCares Hi, there were some fraud transactions from my RBL credit card. However, I informed the bank, blocked my credit card and registered an FIR for the same. Now RBL bank employees are pressuring me to pay the money. Why should pay when it is your fault? Please help me.
