More than 15 Gurdwaras in #Vancouver #Canada have requested @DrSJaishankar to resume visas, as the current situation is causing hardships for the diaspora who need to visit their families for urgent matters. While this is a positive step, it's essential for our Gurdwaras to be more outspoken in condemning hatred and embracing their Indian heritage, where our Great Gurus spread messages of love and compassion. This would significantly contribute to the cause.
I once again urge @MEAIndia and @HCI_Ottawa to urgently reinstate visas, including E-visas, as causing inconvenience to our proud Indo-Canadian community serves no meaningful purpose.
