@virginmedia This is ridiculous, I canโt get anyone to look at the issue when it happens. It goes down for between 6-10hrs every night and we are approaching the 5th time!
@virginmedia I lose my internet connection every night,between midnight and 10am for several hours! All support tell me to do is turn it off and on again and wait 5 days for an engineer! How do I actually talk to a human at virgin and not someone on chat who is incapable!
@virginmedia Once again my internet is down! It was down last night between midnight and 10am and I expect same again tonight! This is the fourth night of same issue. Enginneer booked for Monday but connection will be up in the day time as it only goes off at night!!!!

@TicketmasterUK After being bombed out multiple times and the finally being in a real queue, I get suspended because it thinks im a bot, WTF!!! Sort this out!
@SportsDirectUK Still no response and I have 2 further deliveries of the same incorrect item! Currently waiting for a response, free delivery code for 2 items to be sent back and any resolution. This is truly terrible service, the worst I have experienced!!
@SportsDirectUK How do you get things so wrong! I received an incorrect item, went through so much pain to get it returned for you to send me the same ones back! Incorrect order twice, pending 3 refunds and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!
@parcelforce I was told my parcel was being delivered on Friday, after waiting in all day with no delivery attempt, Iโve heard nothing since. Any ideas?
Two members of staff and apparently nobody else I can speak with to escalate, just need to sit tight so they can provide me a voucher which will be useless!
It really amazes me how a company like @adidas can provide such terrible customer service. 30 days post order and no communication at all until I ring and to be told it is out of stock and stuck in the system so it needs to be cancelled. ๐คฌ
