In case anyone is concerned abt stray dog menace, pls read this thread. Delhi HC has appointed Maneka Gandhi's secratary as amicus, & ordered that all dogs should be released back to the area they were captured from. It was noted that noone has come forward to oppose this.

Here is what has been found

In samples collected from Mukherjee Nagar, it has been found that the vial’s collected and labelled as #Abhayrab was not of standard quality and even misbranded
The vials were tested in Kasauli.
The Manufacturer - Indian Immunologicals says the vials are not its product and has asked authorities to trace their source.
