The BLA terrorist, Bahar Ali, responsible for the suicide attack in Turbat, was once released by our courts despite clear evidence of his terrorist activities.

This failure of our judicial system allowed a dangerous terrorist to go free, leading to the loss of many innocent lives. Bahar Ali, linked to the BLF, had been apprehended by CTD/LEAs and brought before the ATC Judge Turbat. However, he was acquitted in several cases:

Mkn26/2020 - Acquitted

Mkn27/2020 - Acquitted

Mkn22/2020 - Acquitted

After being freed, he carried out the suicide attack, resulting in numerous deaths and injuries.
