Couple of things:
Novel moa so questions will be asked. Safety was one of the bogeys, and you have to respect that.
$abvx delta was way better than anyone could have expected. Blue sky scenario.
It’s best in class (accounting for refractory pts)

This is technically better than rinvoq (adjusted for pt pop) efficacy *worst* case 1 black box bullet point instead of 5 (one of which is cancer for jaks).
The market will punish this and there’s a lot of folk with highly leveraged positions that will unwind.

At the end of the day amazing efficacy. Noise around the malignancies.
Lower price will make easier for someone to buy it.

Now seriously and keeping it simple. $ABVX obe efficacy is almost identical at 25 mg and 50 mg but safety at 25 mg is clean as it can be while at 50 mg there are some signals…just dose it at 25 mg? 🤷‍♂️
