Where do i go to write a review on how bad @IHGOneRewards is. They gave our prepaid and booked room away still charged my ihg credit card for this room for 3 days. Promised to fix it instead I ended up paying 500 dollars more then planned for less space to stay. Platinum member

We just had to cancel a 7 day stay do to them giving our room away in Chicago yet they still charged my ihg rewards card for the room. Leaving me and my children on the streets with all our luggage
