As many in our industry have already pointed out - this speaks to a larger issue of studios, streamers & distributors continuing to disenfranchise, marginalize and homogenize the artistic contributions and hard work of writers, directors & filmmakers in our community.

This is another step towards devaluing the artist and ensuring that their contribution is only ever recognized as merely expendable “content”.

@StreamOnMax please do better.

“Grayhm’s feature debut is a slow-burn thriller that deftly weaves issues of mental illness & family trauma into a cautionary tale set on sacred land. Logan Fulton makes rural Massachusetts look like a winter wonderland & a hellscape” @nytimes #TheSecretofSinchanee

I actually really loved The Secret Of Sinchanee. It's a bit different from other supernatural horror movies and it also adds some other elements as well. It's also quite tense for pretty much the entire movie.

Thank you @goldenglobes #HFPA Your thoughtful questions & words of encouragement were deeply felt & appreciated. You could’ve given your time to another big budget studio film but you gave it to us - an ambitious micro-budget indie with a lot of heart.

A hat tip to @SGRAYHM for a nice conversation and some interesting stories shared today about @SinchaneeMovie, an ambitiously engaging paranormal thriller which maximizes its budget, and also folds in hot-button social issues of trauma and cultural oppression in a thoughtful way.
