@r_byrne It's funny sometimes. I was in a writers room once and asked how did the main character afford to live in a luxury house when we never see her actually going to work throughout the entire series. They looked at me like I'd 50 heads 🫠

It has been a real struggle to find my peers from a working class background in this industry. Can feel like you're talking a different language, especially at events or in rooms. Kids laugh when I ask if they'd consider the industry as a career. Diversity! #screenwriting
