Went to @GreggsOfficial to treat office guys to breakfast. Ordered on the app. Got there to be told there are no omelettes and they can’t refund me. I have to contact via the app. That was 11.30am still no reply! What’s the point in click and collect if systems broken?

@FirstBSA No. This happened yesterday. She had to wait an hour for a bus and then her connection bus in town was cancelled so she had to wait on her own for 40 mins. There was a different bus she could have got but that was full.

@FirstBSA my niece is trying to get home. She waited over an hour in hareclive road for 76 now she is in town and the 48 is cancelled. She is now waiting alone in town for next bus! She is only 16. Why are so many buses cancelled?
