@BrownDaen @CatherineInFL @HumzaYousaf I was in Turkey in July had to report a theft at the Jandarma station as 40 Syrian refugees arrived having been plucked out the sea. I asked what would happen to them; the officer said we send them back to Syria they are not welcome.

@GlasgowCC what’s the point in the residents parking permits in Kingspark? It’s just a free for all of cars that don’t belong to residents during match days at the moment. Also the fact no resident was consulted about the extra frequent use of Hampden is taking the biscuit.

@IrvAtLarge Our flight TOM805 on 22/7 was cancelled due to IT outage.

@IrvAtLarge We were due to fly Dalaman 2 Man 22/07 Tom805. Cancelled. New flight 25/07 2:25pm delayed until 9:15pm. Tui are refusing to pay my husbands wages so are the insurance(not covered for IT). We are £700 out of pocket through no fault of our own. Any ideas what to do?

@DrHoenderkamp @DanielR5375 I dare say if Fred and Mabel don’t have enough income they will get some form of benefit to cover the cost. However if Fred and Mabel already live in a house the can’t afford to heat perhaps Fred and Mabel should consider selling.

@MartinSLewis we were on a cancelled flight TOM805 Dal to Man 22/7. Rescheduled to 25/7 at 2:15pm then delayed to 9:15pm. Husband has lost 4 days wages. Tui said they would refund reasonable expenses. I think this is reasonable. Insurance rejected claim. Any ideas?
