Thanks to everyone who have supported us since we took our first steps as 3 Dads Walking
Over 157,000 people have signed our petition & 33.500 have donated on our JustGiving page; these interactions have helped raised the issue of suicide prevention across the country
Thank you
It can be common for people to answer ‘how’re you?’ in auto-pilot and say they’re ok when they’re not. Especially with the added pressure of having a good time around the festive period. Asking again shows someone you want their genuine answer and you’re ready to listen.
Depression isn’t always suicide notes and pill bottles, It’s also:
- Cracking jokes or been the “class clown”
- Not showering for days at a time
- Faking a smile
- Over eating or not eating at all
Please check in on your friends, even the goofy & funny ones that hide it best.
This #WorldMentalHealthDay we want to highlight that #migraine is not just a headache, but a painful, long-term condition that can impact on all aspects of a person’s life, from school and work to relationships. It can take a huge toll on mental health, but we're here to help.
Awareness days can be challenging, and you may see potentially distressing content on World Mental Health Day tomorrow.
It’s OK to take a step back. We’re here to listen 24/7, if you need us 💚
