@KLM We have a flight from ATQ-》BLR-》AMS-》YYC. We booked the flight with the help of assistant and kept the surname LNU since there was not any surname in the passport. I hope this should be ok ?
@JioCare we booked the Sim online but when visited the branch for th activation they are forcing us to buy postpaid which we do not want. and, could you please return our money which we gave for Sim booking.
@JioCare this delivery guy is Rude and keep changing the time to deliver the Sim and he asked to buy Sim from any other store. I have sent his details in the DM. kindly check. and would be better if you guys return my Sim booking amount. I would prefer to buy Sim from other provider. tnx

Hi @HDFCBank_Cares I got the below msg though I have not asked for any ping generation. REGISTERED! Case Ref##89: ATM card green pin generation Expected Closure: 05-01-2026 -HDFC Bank. I called custm care and they said I will get a msg and drop the screenshot but didn't get any.
@HDFC_Bank we needed our funds urgently and netbanking account was locked. security verification call agent was so rude and didn't listen properly and locked the account. we visited the branch and they said it will take time.
please help to resolve this issue.

I tried to follow up with support and RM, and they are not sure and providing this IN511084 which is a example Id.
@hdfcsec Are you guys expecting me to wait whole night for the grievance call. I just simply need CM BP id. If you can not provide it, better I should take my Demat to somewhere else. I think you guys need to educate your staff about these Demat account.
@hdfcsec Not sure HDFC sec is taking seriously to customer. First it took 7-8 month to open an nre Demat account. Later it's taking more than 2 weeks to get CM BP id. But still not recieved. Grievance customer care is calling in middle of the night 3am Calgary and responding to mail.
