The video from Jamui, Bihar is deeply disturbing.

Two Class 10 students were stopped on a road. Harassed. Humiliated. Molested. A young girl, hands folded, begged to be let go while goons groped her and dragged her away.

Who gave these men the right to behave like this? This is not "culture." It is patriarchy: the belief that any man can police a girl's body, her movement, her choices.

When control is mistaken for culture, and such attitudes are normalised by Andhbhakts, mobs start believing they are the law.

Every individual in that video must be identified and prosecuted under POCSO, and justice must be swift. And if the incident happened on September 19th, why are the culprits not behind bars yet?

And the Bihar government must answer why a girl is not safe on a public road at 7 pm?

उस वीडियो में दिख रहे हर व्यक्ति की पहचान होनी चाहिए और उन अपराधियों पर POCSO के तहत मुकद��ा चलाकर उन्हें जल्द से जल्द सजा मिलनी चाहिए। और अगर ये घटना 19 सितंबर की है तो गुनहगार अब तक सलाखों के पीछे क्यों नहीं हैं?

और बिहार सरकार जवाब दे कि शाम 7 बजे कोई लड़की राज्य की सड़कों पर सुरक्षित क्यों नहीं है?

मैंने उसके स्कैनर पर Upi कर दिया

मैंने 2000 रूपये pay किये UPI Payments
द्वारा, कोई चार्ज नहीं लगा.

पर किरयाना वाले ने उसी वक़्त सप्लायर को पेमेंट किया 10 हज़ार रूपये तो उसको 50 रूपये का चार्ज लग गया.

अगले दिन मैंने फिर ��िरयाना स्टोर से 2000 रूपये का सामान खरीदने गया तो मुझे वही सामान 2050 रूपये का मिला.

ये भविष्य की स्टोरी बताती है कि UPI फ्री नहीं है
दुकानदार पर टैक्स लगेगा तो जेब ग्राहक की ही ढीली होंगी.

भारतीय UPI पेमेंट मार्केट का तकरीबन 86% हिस्सा दो अमेरिकी कंपनियों के पास है।

फोनपे की मुख्य पेरेंट कंपनी Walmart है जिसकी फोनपे में सबसे बड़ी 71.77% की हिस्सेदारी है। यानी मालिकाना उसी के पास है।

गूगल पे का मालिकाना हक गूगल और इसकी मूल कंपनी ���ल्फाबेट इंक के पास है।

ट्रेड डील के स्टेटमेंट में कहा गया कि भारत ट्रेड बैरियर हटाने पर काम करेगा। इसके एक महीने बाद अमेरिका ने कहा कि UPI पर जीरो चार्ज ट्रेड बैरियर है, जिसे हम स्वीकार नहीं करते। इसके तीन हफ्ते बाद UPI पर चार्ज लगाने का बिल पास हो गया।

मोदी सरकार ने चुपचाप UPI पर फ़ीस लगाने का रास्ता खोल दिया है।

अब ₹2,000 से ऊपर के merchant UPI लेन-देन पर MDR लगाया जा सकता है। इन ट्रांजैक्शंस की संख्या भले ही सिर्फ़ 5% हो, लेकिन UPI के कुल transaction value का करीब 65% इन्हीं में है।

सरकार कहती है कि ग्राहक से कोई फ़ीस नहीं ली जाएगी। लेकिन दुकानदार पर लगने वाली फ़ीस आखिर आएगी कहां से? कीमतों में जुड़कर ग्राहक की जेब से।

अमेरिकी payment कंपनियां ��ंबे समय से भारत की zero-MDR नीति का विरोध करती रही हैं। अब मोदी सरकार ने ठीक उसी दिशा में नीति बदलने का रास्ता खोल दिया है।

US Trade Deal की तरह ही, Compromised PM मोदी एक बार फिर अमेरिकी दबाव के सामने surrender कर रहे हैं।
