🎮 Gaming Industry को Blanket Ban नहीं, Smart Regulation चाहिए।

अगर कुछ offshore companies नियमों से बचकर भारतीय users से पैसा ले रही हैं, तो उन पर सख्त कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए—लेकिन इसका समाधान पूरी gaming industry को बंद करना नहीं है।

उदाहरण के लिए:
• Offshore/illegal operators की पहचान और blocking
• KYC और age verification अनिवार्य
• Responsible gaming & spending limits
• Transparent taxation और audited transactions
• भारतीय users का पैसा सुरक्षित रखने के लिए escrow/safeguard mechanism
• नियम तोड़ने वाली companies पर भारी penalty और licence cancellation
• लेकिन compliant gaming companies को स्पष्ट regulatory framework के तहत काम करने की अनुमति

Illegal operators को रोकिए, legitimate gaming ecosystem को नहीं।

Blanket ban से industry, startups, developers और ल���खों users प्रभावित हो सकते हैं; बेहतर रास्ता है—Regulation + Accountability + Consumer Protection.
