Very disappointing experience at my HDFC Bank branch. The branch manager spoke rudely, didn’t listen to my concern, and is now denying the AMC refund that was earlier assured. Customers deserve respect and accountability. Please look into this. #CustomerService #HDFC @HDFC_Bank
