I Cheena Singhal, with PNR 6NTEDV, had booked an Air India flight from DEL to Bengaluru but due to a medical emergency of my father, I couldn't board the flight & canceled as my father was admitted to an ICU under critical conditions.

@Olacabs extremely satisfied and overwhelmed by the ola services, was almost about to miss my train by ola driver Mr Sonu singh helped me not only by carrying my luggage to the station but ran with me to take up my train.

Highly disappointed by the Indian railways services for train between lucknow to meerut named rajya rani express, the schedule time was 2.25pm for departure but its still 6.20pm and there is no arrival of the same ..train no 22453 dated 16/07/2
