@BSNLCorporate I received notice from bsnl without using internet. I applied on 11/7/2017 and disconnected on 1/8/2017. Plan was 249rs/month. I received bill with notice 913 rs. District officer is not able to provide bill details. Even security deposit was already paid 749 rs.
