.@virginmedia it's almost one month since my 91 year old dad lost phone, internet and TV. All services!! Every time I call I get a different engineer date despite this being an urgent request. His emergency button / falls detector does not work without a working phone
@virginmedia You are asking the same questions. No phone. No TV. No broadband. No service at all. Subcontractor told me yesterday engineers are good to come fix so why are you not arranging for them to fix please?
@virginmedia External cabling which can be done now based on subcontractor so why do we have to wait until 18th? I've answered numerous questions here but still have no service. My dad will be 92 on Friday. Is anything going to be done?
@Malcolm_Sillick@virginmedia Yes, sorry to hear that.. Seems like this is how elderly long-standing customers are being "rewarded" for their loyalty. @virginmedia have no concern for the fact that they rely on these services.
@virginmedia Needs an outside engineer but every time the date changes. I tried to make a formal complaint which I heard nothing about. Was told it got closed because the engineer date has been set. I don't understand how that works tbh
@virginmedia Engineer was due on 27th Oct, then 4th Nov now 18th Nov. I've had to ring up myself after waiting in all day to find engineer not coming. My dad will be 92 on Thursday. He's housebound. He just wants TV for his birthday now.
