My cousin bought an iPhone 17 during the sale.
When he came home from college, I asked him, Where is your new iPhone?
He took out the box. The phone was still packed.
I asked him, Why aren’t you using it?
His reply genuinely broke my heart:
Aap log phone toh dila diye, par cover aur charger ke paise hi nahi de rahe. Toh kaise use karun?
He had bought the phone 4 days ago but hadn’t even used it because he was worried about keeping it safe.
And the saddest part? He never asked anyone in the family for a cover or charger.
I immediately sent him ₹5,000 and gave him an Apple charger.
The happiness on his face was priceless.
Sometimes, people don’t ask for help. They simply adjust to what they have.
Yes. We want regime change. Any regime that illegally abducts its own unarmed citizens for unfurling national flag, detains them, uses police machinery in garb of judicial officers to jail them has no right to remain in power. So damn right, we want regime change now.
