It was MY fault for going all in on a commission. The moderation team was just looking out for me! They NEVER made me feel like I should quit, they made me feel seen. 💕
HUGE thanks to Neo for returning my diamonds (with a little extra)! Giveaway soon... 👀

Hey Pawmi💜 I just wanted to reach out because I saw your post and wanted to make sure you had accurate information.
First, I want to clarify that Royale High does not issue bans for art commissions. If art commissions were a bannable offense, we wouldn't actively support artists by providing commission opportunities and celebrating their work within the community, including an artist + program that welcomes safe artists and commissions that are closely monitored on my personal server.
After seeing the player's concerns, I personally reached out to the moderation team and spoke with the moderator involved so I could better understand what happened. I wanted to make sure their case was looked at fairly and that I wasn't missing any context before involving myself. I even took action first and waited for the player to reach out later after pinging them. I have a server for my community, on which I keep up with our players and even offer assistance in cases like this. This player is part of my community, we care deeply about them, and I made sure to reach out to them because it was important for them to feel heard and supported.
From what I was able to verify, the player was not banned. I contacted the moderator immediately, and the moderator worked with me to assist this player. The moderator did not state that art commissions are against the rules. Instead, they were explaining the risks associated with partial trades and why they can unfortunately lead to scams. While art commissions themselves are permitted, they do carry the risk of someone not fulfilling their side of the agreement. They were trying to assist them. If I had found that the player had been treated unfairly, I would have been just as willing to advocate for them. Fairness is something I care deeply about. The Student Handbook, ingame explains that art commissions are allowed but advises players to be cautious of scams.
I completely understand how frustrating and upsetting it is to be scammed, and I'm genuinely sorry that happened to this player. No one wants to see a player lose their hard work or feel taken advantage of. I also wanted to mention that I do my best to provide additional assistance to players whenever I can, which is why I reached out internally on their behalf. I truly believe fairness matters, and if I ever think something deserves a second look, I'm always happy to ask questions and help bridge communication where possible. I thought it was important to share the full context because the retweet understandably gave the impression that players can be punished for art commissions, when that wasn't what occurred in this case. This was all based upon a miscommunication, as the player later posted a tweet stating that as seen here https://t.co/NoE7sN5kve . I fully support freedom of expression and everyone's right to share their opinions, especially since your channel is one source that informs players. At the same time, I care just as much about ensuring Royale High players receive accurate and complete information. I've always admired creators and news sources who take that extra step to verify the full context before presenting a situation, I think that kind of thoroughness helps that discussions stay informative and fair for everyone involved. I always welcome constructive criticism which helps a community grow, but it's most impactful when it's rooted in accuracy. I just wanted to make sure that the information being shared publicly is accurate, because misinformation can unintentionally create unnecessary worry for other players and make people think that you get "punished" for art commissions when that is not the case. Thank you for taking an interest in this situation. It lets me know that you care about the well being of the players. I have the same goal as you, to care deeply about the players and our community. I always try to do my best for everyone as I love Royale High and our community. Take care of yourself, take small breaks, drink water, and I hope you continue to enjoy your day/night 💜🦇

Just going to address the elephant in the room regarding the idea that Royale High is “code rotting.”
Rest assured, we still have developers actively monitoring bugs and working on fixes. We did see an increase in reports involving older realms this week, and while most of the team isn’t operating at full capacity just yet, Ice7 has already rolled out several patches so players can continue enjoying the nostalgia of the classic realms which until recently, didn’t have very many active players.
There have also been some backend Roblox system updates that have impacted the game, so we appreciate your patience as we work through those issues. There are always fixes and patches happening behind the scenes, including a recent major crackdown on bots and exploiters.
Right now, it simply hasn’t felt appropriate for us to post as frequently or push anyone to work on low priority bug fixes, as members of the team are grieving from a recent major loss of a loved developer on the team. But we want to reassure everyone that we truly care about the game and this community. We are always working to improve the experience and make Royale High better.
Thank you for continuing to play Royale High. 💖
Dear Royale High community,
There’s no easy way to say this, and it breaks our hearts to share that our beloved developer, Vioncii, has tragically passed away following an accident.
We also want to sincerely apologize for our delayed response. This has been an incredibly painful loss to process, and we wanted to respect Vi’s family’s wishes while also giving our team the time and space to grieve.
This loss is impossible to put into words. Vioncii was not only an incredibly talented developer, but also a bright light within our community and someone whose passion, creativity, and kindness touched so many lives.
Their impact on Royale High goes far beyond the game itself, and their legacy will never be forgotten and will live on in the hearts of our community.
To honor Vioncii, we are working on something special in game, and the proceeds from it will be donated to a charity in their memory. Vioncii will always be a part of Royale High.
Thank you for your kindness and understanding.
Do we see the vision?? Just change the colors on every booth. Like a dark fairy themed one, fire fairy etc. People can join the realm and see exactly what you're selling without needing a rp name that might not load when people join / chat wont be needed.
