It is great that this boss has had a change in perspective and is now actively helping other working mums to balance career and parenting. But it also triggered a lot of resentment and bad feelings from my memory of events 6 years ago. She has moved on. I haven't 2/2
6 years ago I was told I had to return to work full time in the office and there was no flexible hours by an employer. Today I found out that this same boss is doing marketing for a flexible women's only workplace with onsite creche. I don't know how I feel about it. 1/2
