Dear Charles, since you are talking about double standards, let me remind you that Turkey invaded Cyprus in 1974, and still occupies European territory, 🇨🇾🇪🇺
Congratulations to the first Cypriot ever selected for admission to both @NavalAcademy & @WestPoint_USMA. A remarkable achievement reflecting the strength & depth of the 🇺🇸🇨🇾 bilateral defense relationship & the promise of Cyprus’s next generation.
When passions collide-- cats...

Seventh Cavalry widows one moment, "please adopt this kitten" the next, no wonder I can't get any work done 🤦♀️
Six days until the 149th anniversary of #BattleoftheLittleBighorn ! Here's the intro of my YouTube vid about 3 civilian scouts who died on June 25, 1876: a black man, a white man, & a half-Sioux. They were the best but that did not keep them alive... link in bio #custerslaststand
This parade is comprised of our sons, daughters, mothers and fathers—the very best of us.
Regardless of your politics, it’s appropriate to celebrate the 250 years of sacrifice, dedication and service. 🇺🇸
Happy 250th Birthday, US ARMY!
Remember the men & women marching in DC are actual soldiers who serve our country.
Many of them left to fight our nation’s wars.
These are the men & women who came back.
Many did not.
Please let our soldiers proudly honor this historic day.
Congratulations to @NationalGuardCY graduates for completing training with @USNationalGuard partners, enhancing humanitarian assistance & emergency response capabilities in line with International Mine Action Standards. 🇺🇸 & 🇨🇾 Προχωράμε μαζί!
The president of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulides has announced that he is appointing a new "Special Representative" of his government for religious freedoms to focus on protecting Christians and other religious minorities throughout the Middle East, according to Breitbart News.
@kmarnyc How did I miss this beautiful post? Thanks so much, Kathleen, for the kind words, and for sharing my book with others here. So good of you 🙏📚💕
I used to think @PillarCatholic was less interested in headlines, and more in ethical reporting.
I suppose we’ll see how this plays out…but I’ve already requested a FOIA report (which should have been their next step, prior to reporting).
People have a RIGHT to their good names.
@breeadail@PhilHannaman Thanks for calling out bad reporting, Bree. I read the original article, and as a Catholic who has only had the best relationships with priests, I feared the worst. So I can't imagine what others who want to think poorly of priests thought. So grateful you picked up this story.
@breeadail@PillarCatholic So glad you are clarifying the details rather than letting people jump to conclusions-- conclusions the first reports were deliberately trying to incite and spread.
Opinion by Jeff Bezos: Presidential endorsements do nothing to tip the scales of an election. What presidential endorsements actually do is create a perception of bias. The credibility gap can be bridged by independence. https://t.co/ukc569Z24p
