What they are in fact arguing is they have failed in their own policy to increase the % of children in Welsh-medium provision, and they don’t care that communities in south Cardiff don’t have a school - because in reality they are anti-Welsh language.

Young people in the south of the city are incredibly poor served. We need to act now to tackle those inequalities, rebalance provision in the short term and grow demand long-term.

Without planning now, we'll miss crucial targets - and deprive communities of the opportunity.
