I understand this and don’t entirely disagree. My problem with it at this moment is our elections are so messed up right now that we just need sweeping huge changes in place asap. If we start with loopholes and carve outs already then it’s gonna turn out like every other law that gets passed and be worthless. Make everything as secure as possible right now and then we can go back and revisit issues such as this. Just my opinion but you do bring up a good point.
