Carolyn Scott, shift manager at @AmericanAir, told me that they have a policy (not written anywhere online) that the free bag only applies to transatlantic flights, not Caribbean flights. She refused to comp the bag. @AACenter used to be the best, sad to see how little they care

We paid for a child on lap and @AmericanAir @AACenter policy says infants get one 25 pound bag for free. We checked the policy, spoke to a rep before packing, and the app said it when we checked our 50lb bag. But when we arrived they forced us to pay $40 for the infant bag (2/2)

Had back to back terrible experiences with @AmericanAir. First my flight from Miami to Philadelphia was delayed for 6 hours because they had TWO faulty, unsafe, planes. I got into PHL at 3am and had an international flight to Aruba at 8am. (1/2)
