Same hardware. Same tools. Different AI brains.

Sonnet built a production pipeline — public endpoint, pro-quality voice, health monitoring.

Opus shipped in 7 minutes — skipped 3 layers of infrastructure by realizing the network was already solved. Both finished in ~7 min of active work. Completely different products.

The model isn't the moat. The operator is.
