@ParaVeracity @DoorDash_Help @ReeX_Xzilla It happens on about 75% of my orders and I always tip. I've watched Dashers pick up orders at restaurants and let them sit until another order is ready. Uber eats gets it straight to you.

@DoorDash time to cancel my pass. Maybe if the delivery system gets improved I will subscribe again. Not happy subscribing and waiting for other orders to be picked up and dropped off before mine,then getting luke warm food. My tipping well does not improve service unfortunately.

@DoorDash If I am tipping well why does the dasher drop off multiple orders before mine? My order comes after another drop off 4 out of 5 orders,making my food cold when I get it. I am tired of the pool method,maybe its time to cancel my pass and use another vendor.

@DoorDash_Help I just had the worst customer service from DoorDash. I received a call asking what I wanted to do with an order the dasher was having trouble with. I asked for the callers name because she was being short and not answering my questions. She only responded with lady

@DoorDash why do I keep tipping at the start of my order then get bad service. Once again tonight half of our order did not arrive but my whole tip was taken. Multiple times my order is part of a order pool. I am more and more disappointed with this service lately.
