Alright so we need to get some facts right.
There are laws and when one violates it, the laws has to work. So by saying that, I’m not saying Webkid’s case should be dismissed. The laws have to work. However, there is something called DUE PROCESS…. everyone has to go through that.
Once you start advising people to think about families and that, you’re indirectly telling them that some people wield power and they will always have an advantage over you. It’s not fair. He’s accused and not found guilty so despite his case, he still has some rights he can enjoy. We can’t just be letting some things happen. How is it that an individual shows up for a hearing at court and you tell me case is postponed because the judge didn’t show up? How? This is clear power play and that is not how the law applies discipline. Everyone is entitled to due and fair process.
That advice may be good but it’s not needed now.
