im gonna share an unpopular opinion that's *actually* unpopular right now:

Unlimited PTO is great.

I believe in rules that treat team members like adults. I like remote. I don't like time tracking or strict working hours. It goes two ways, and it means I also assume my team members are responsible and will take 10-20 vacation days throughout the year.
