As the Founding Chairman, UDA (Emeritus), I request Hon. Ndindi Nyoro to either confirm or deny the following:
1. Whether, over the last four months, you have had five telephone conversations and two physical meetings with President William Ruto.
2. Whether your team initially presented a KSh72 million budget to Felix Koskei for the launch of your presidential bid, which was subsequently revised upwards to KSh86 million.
3. Whether you have held secret meetings with prospective defectors from UDA, particularly Members of Parliament from the Mt Kenya region.
4. Whether you were instructed not to use the political slogan “WANTAM” in your public engagements.
These are specific and verifiable questions. Given the growing public speculation surrounding your political ambitions, a simple confirmation or denial would put the matter to rest.
The Kenyan public deserves clarity—not political whispers, coded messages or plausible deniability
WHY EDWIN SIFUNA IS WRONG
Kenya is not a failed state and a country where impunity reigns because it has never had a lawyer as president. There are millions of inept, corrupt and brutal lawyers who have occupied positions of power in Kenya, Africa and the rest of the world.
The judiciary has been one of the most corrupt and incompetent institutions despite being controlled and entirely led by lawyers.
Lawyers are behind most fraudulent transactions at the Lands Office, at the AG Chambers, in various ministries, state corporations, universities and the private sector.
What Kenya and other African countries lack isn’t the absence of lawyers or people with particular degrees in leadership positions; what is lacking is leadership with INTEGRITY operating within a transformed state, institutions and systems.
Anyone stuck on “Ruto failed because he studied zoology, so I will succeed because I am a lawyer” is actually far worse than Ruto.
It’s not about what you studied. It’s not about your occupation. And it certainly is not about the “software.”
It is, at the root, about the structurally, architecturally, and institutionally DEFECTIVE colonial STATE, colonial INSTITUTIONS, colonial LAWS and colonial SYSTEMS, which were not designed to serve Africans. They were designed to EXTRACT, EXPLOIT and DEHUMANIZE Africans.
The colonial STATE is inherently inimical to EQUITY, constitutionalism, DIGNITY and SOCIAL JUSTICE, which ought to be our ultimate collective vision for our societies.
It’s also about a transformative and REVOLUTIONARY vision and INTEGRITY.
Unless we focus on these things, the slogans about WANTAM, TUTAM, or any other, will continue to be nothing but clever manipulative propaganda to FORTIFY, entrench and perpetuate the unjust, inequitable and repressive colonial STATE.
I would rather have standard 8 leaders with integrity who are committed revolutionaries rather than corrupt lawyers, engineers, economists, theologians, teachers, accountants, zoologists, anthropologists, politicians, political scientists, physicians or physicists with a PhD.
Telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

What is happening in Homa Bay is primitivity … In this day & age, organizing goons to disrupt opposition rallies is so stupid & retrogressive. Raila Odinga won’t have done it. We thought Gladys Wanga was a progressive leader. But then, this is Kenya … Political leaders are so short-sighted.
@SirAlexas@SafaricomPLC I’ve experienced the same before and called @Safaricom_Care. They must give Kenyans an answer and being an end to this rubbish game of data bundles disappearing or else we will mobilize and move completely to @AIRTEL_KE
As my friend Wehliye says, it is really sad that MPs are openly admitting they were bribed to impeach Rigathi Gachagua & so-called independent constitutional institutions like @DCI_Kenya & @EACCKenya are nibbling their thumbs! In civilized countries, such MPs would have had their careers end in in ignominy in Federal Prison! It is only in Kenya where political leaders admit to committing crimes & violation of the Constitution & tell to our face:
MTA DO???
Let the MPs know that one day, their day for reckoning will come! History doesn’t forget. Time doesn’t lapse.
