Lawyer Mutiso Grills Cop Who Tracked University Student Who Put President Ruto in a Coffin
Lawyer Mutiso cross-examines the DCI officer who led investigations into a viral social media post that allegedly showed President William Ruto in a coffin. The accused, university student David Oaga Mokaya, faces charges of publishing false information under the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act.
During the grilling, Mutiso challenges the officer on how he tracked and arrested the student, questioning the legality of the arrest, the lack of documentation at the time, and whether the online account was conclusively linked to Mokaya.
Raila Odinga was a true champion of democracy. A child of independence, he endured decades of struggle and sacrifice for the broader cause of freedom and self-governance in Kenya. Time and again, I personally saw him put the interests of his country ahead of his own ambitions. Like few other leaders anywhere, he was willing to choose the path of peaceful reconciliation without compromising his core values. Through his life, Raila Odinga set an example not just for Kenyans, but across Africa and around the world. I know he will be missed. Michelle and I send our deepest condolences to his family and to the people of Kenya.
@Mr_Guantai Like how would they guage speech that is likely to cause fear/violence. What one person perceives as fearful speech can be perceived as a joke by another...Our mps are fools!
Ndugu, this is how our neighborhoods should look like, safe sidewalks, organized vending spaces, clean drainage, trees, benches, and lighting. A street that works for both pedestrians and businesses. Urban upgrades should turn chaos into community. Stop being a clown and do a better job. KRB always disburses funds enough for a complete street upgrade.
If streets can look like that, youโll start seeing landlords building better houses, everything will be gentrified with it.
A generation raised on โvyombo za wageniโ has grown into โusichomeโ adults.
They value a fake image more than accountability and would rather โtandika kitambaaโ over uncomfortable things than confront them.
