Went to bed bored / chilled at 22.00, woke up at 00.00 for a pee & on my way back I nose dived to the floor.
Don’t panic, I seemed to go straight down on my knees & then forehead.
Ribs weren’t involved, I got up & continued my journey.
To day, very painful shins /head

Cast your minds back to WW2 thousands of world forces were allowed to take what was called The Spanish Flue, killing millions.
Covid, allowing people to travel from China taking a virus with them, killing millions.
Today we have repeated.
