You own a collection on Ordinals?

You could be earning a percentage from marketplace sales on ◉RD.

@lifofifo just announced something called Partner Collections, and if you’re an artist or team building in Ordinals, this is something worth paying attention to.

Here’s how it works:

Marketplace fees on ◉RD are structured to be simple.

Every confirmed trade uses a maker + taker fee model.

The maker fee is 1% of the listing price.
The taker fee is 1.5% of the listing price.

That brings the total marketplace fee to 2.5% on every confirmed sale.

Minimum fee: 1,000 sats.

Now here’s the interesting part.

For partner collections, ◉RD shares 1% from its 2.5% marketplace fee with the collection team or artist as part of the sale transaction.

That means buyers and sellers are not paying any extra fees.

The fee remains the same.

If your collection is a partner collection, your team or artist can receive a share from marketplace activity whenever sales happen.

So instead of adding royalties on top of trades, ◉RD is using its existing marketplace fee to support original collections directly.

Simple structure.
No added buyer/seller burden.
Original artists and teams still get supported.

What is expected from Partner Collections?

At minimum, partner collections are expected to support their ◉RD listing by:

• Linking to their collection on ◉RD where feasible, especially in their X bio

• Making an announcement tweet

• Helping direct their community to the marketplace

The program is mainly designed for original teams and artists.

Community-run projects or CTOs typically are not a good fit.
