Delta’s response has been to open new cases instead of addressing the conduct of its employees.
Delta owes compensation for the disruption, lost travel day,and resulting damages.
AirFrance owes the $3,432.80 refund.

Months later, Air France still has not paid the confirmed refund and now claims there is no record of approvals that were previously confirmed to me verbally and in writing.
We lost 24 hours of our trip and were forced into a rebooking situation that resulted in a $3,432.80 charge.
Air France later confirmed multiple times that this charge should not have occurred and that a refund had been approved.
By the time Delta resumed assisting passengers, we were told we had missed baggage cutoff by 2 minutes.
What Delta did not tell us was that the flight itself had been delayed by roughly 2 hours.
That failure set off everything that followed.

This started at JFK when Delta gate agents became involved in an argument while passengers were trying to check bags. One employee cursed, walked away from the counter, and left passengers waiting while the situation unfolded.

@LIFX hey so my lights are all disconnected from Alexa, the app keep defaulting the names of the lights to the original number and then updating at refreshes. Any tips? I’ve deauthorized and reauthorized with Alexa 5 times. And I have like 8 lights with you all. Help!!!
@molekuleair says the refurbished unit is just like the new, that’s weird, nexuses you definitely sell them significantly cheaper than the new. So that’s the game, but new so it can break and we will send u a refurbished to clear out stock, since we are gonna stop selling
@molekuleair is the rip off of the century y’all. Bought a brand new unit , two actually, the first had filter issues so they resent the filter, the second died in 5 months . So they are sending a refurbished unit
