@anamarialo70779 Pasé 7 años en mi primera empresa y subí de categorías y salarios. En mi actual empresa ídem. Creo que es igual de respetable aquellos que cambian cada 2/3 años, que aquellos que se hacen un hueco en la empresa. He visto ambos casos de cerca y ambos igual de respetables.
